Deputy C.T. Richardson discovered a heavily intoxicated man stumbling along Hope Road early Sunday morning. The suspect was carrying an almost-empty bottle of vodka and was wanted on outstanding warrants from both Fredericksburg and Prince William. He was arrested for public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
