Deputy W.E. Trainor was dispatched to Elite Tobacco where a man was reportedly passed out on the sidewalk. Upon arrival, the deputy discovered the suspect heavily intoxicated and unaware of his surroundings. The suspect admitted to “drinking heavily” and was arrested for public intoxication. He was taken to Rappahannock Regional Jail and held until sober.
