Deputy J.H. Helbling responded to a report of a man acting erratically near the Giant grocery store. The caller reported the individual appeared to be “tweaking.” Upon arrival, the deputy found the male visibly intoxicated and confused — even stating he believed he was at Geico. The man was taken into custody for public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until he sobered up.
