A woman claiming to be preparing for New York Fashion Week was arrested outside Shoppers for public intoxication. Sergeant J.W. Hutcheson also discovered she had outstanding warrants from two jurisdictions and suspected controlled substances in her possession. She was held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
