A 25-year-old woman was arrested after allegedly assaulting another individual at a Hardee’s restaurant on Warrenton Road. Responding deputies determined she was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
She was charged with assault and public intoxication and taken to the Rappahannock Regional Jail, where she is being held on a $2,500 bond.
