Deputy D. A. Robertson responded to McDonald’s for a report of a man bleeding from the head. The subject, Kevin Bonner, 46, of Stafford, had injuries, slurred speech, and numerous bottles of alcohol on him. Bonner was arrested for public intoxication and held until sober at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
