Deputy E.L. Shelton responded to a larceny. Staff advised a male suspect was concealing items on his person. Deputies were able to locate the suspect pretty easily considering the suspicious outfit of a large winter jacket and ski mask he was wearing. The suspect, who thought the incident was “no big deal,” was charged with shoplifting. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $1,500 secured bond. 1/28/25 7:37 p.m.
