A verbal altercation late Thursday night on Elizabeth Drive led to a public intoxication arrest.
Deputy K.P. Hall responded to the scene and noted the male suspect showed multiple signs of intoxication. He was taken into custody and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until he sobered up.
