Location: Hurkemp Road and Brooke Road, Stafford VA

A disturbance on Hurkemp and Brooke Roads led to the arrest of Raymond Matthews Jr., 33, of Lake Charles, Louisiana. Deputy S. C. Steinway responded after reports of a man yelling and walking in the street. Matthews claimed to be a lifelong Secret Service agent and presented a supposed ID. When questioned further, he could not name a supervisor. Matthews was arrested and charged with impersonating a law enforcement officer. He is currently held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
