A man exhibiting erratic behavior was taken into custody outside Chipotle on South Gateway Drive after concerned citizens reported him rolling around on the ground.
Deputy M.N. Sayegh responded to the disturbance and immediately observed signs of intoxication. The suspect, who also had face tattoos, was recognized from a trespassing incident handled by the same deputy earlier that day. He was charged with public intoxication and trespassing and is currently being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
