A Fredericksburg man was arrested for public intoxication after deputies responded to a call at Pratt Park.
Reports indicated that the individual was seen urinating on a walking trail and falling repeatedly. When deputies made contact, the man showed clear signs of intoxication, including slurred speech, an unsteady balance, and a strong odor of alcohol.
The suspect, identified as David Rohland, 51, of Fredericksburg, admitted to drinking earlier in the day. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication, then held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
