While on patrol, Deputy A.M. Harrah encountered a man exhibiting clear signs of intoxication at the Little Falls Boat Ramp. The individual admitted to sipping from “a pocket bottle” and was arrested for public intoxication. He was held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail until he sobered up.
