A report of a suspicious vehicle on Park Ridge Court led to a public intoxication arrest.
A Stafford County deputy was told that a vehicle was parked in the roadway with a person lying across its trunk. The deputy found the individual asleep.
After waking, the man reportedly displayed glassy eyes and had an odor of alcohol on his breath.
Khyle Arnold, 39, of Stafford, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
