A 35-year-old man was taken into custody for public intoxication after he was found vomiting into his own hat while repeatedly entering and exiting the Weis grocery store. Deputy J.L. Jones responded to the disturbance and ensured the man was transported to the Rappahannock Regional Jail for detoxification.
