Deputy N. K. Daigle responded to Royal Farms after reports of a person lying on the ground at a gas pump. The individual showed classic signs of intoxication, including glassy, bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were conducted, and the man was arrested for driving under the influence. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
