A 21-year-old Spotsylvania man was arrested after deputies responded to a suspicious person report on Forbes Street.
The Sheriff’s Office said the man was found lying in the driveway of a residence. Deputies reported that he had a strong odor of alcohol and an unsteady balance.
Jacob Meadows, 21, of Spotsylvania, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
