Location: Little Whim Road, Stafford, VA

Deputies responded to reports of a man stumbling in the middle of Little Whim Road. When they arrived, they found him still staggering, admitting he had been drinking vodka. He was arrested for public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
