A man loitering at Trek Bicycle was found concealing nearly $1,000 worth of merchandise in his backpack.
When confronted, he said he was on a “journey to Richmond.” Deputies determined he was intoxicated and arrested him for public intoxication and shoplifting. He was held pending a bond hearing.
