A routine traffic stop on Interstate 95 led to the arrest of a Maryland fugitive.
Deputies stopped a vehicle for traffic violations and discovered that the registered owner, who was riding as a passenger, was wanted by authorities in Maryland.
Jonita Ford, 27, of Suitland, Maryland, was arrested on a fugitive from justice charge and transported to Rappahannock Regional Jail.
