Deputy R.L. Hubbard responded to a reported emergency at the Suburban Extended Stay Hotel and found a man nodding off in his car, holding a lighter and a piece of foil. The man, Eduarth Portillo Murillo, 22, of Manassas, admitted to possessing controlled substances. Pills were recovered, and Murillo was charged with public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance. He is being held without bond.
