Deputy W.A. Bolinsky, Jr. responded to the Holiday Inn Express for a report of a man rolling on the ground and eating grass. The suspect, surrounded by multiple cans of Mike’s Hard Lemonade, exhibited clear signs of intoxication. He was arrested for public intoxication and held until sober.
