Deputy N. J. Amato stopped a vehicle clocked at 61 mph in a 35-mph zone. The driver, Oscar Javier Benitez Munoz, 28, of Stafford, showed signs of intoxication and had empty beer cans in the car. After field sobriety testing, Munoz was arrested and charged with DUI, drinking while driving, reckless driving, and driving without a license. He was held on a secured bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
