Deputy E.L. Shelton responded to reports of a man walking in the roadway and throwing an object at a passing vehicle. That object turned out to be a Bluetooth speaker. The man was arrested and charged with throwing a missile at an occupied vehicle. He remains in custody pending a bond hearing.
