A man wanted in Pennsylvania was arrested after Stafford County Sheriff’s deputies were alerted to his presence on Julian Drive.
Deputies made contact with the suspect and took him into custody.
Karl Sullivan II, 48, of Fredericksburg, was charged with being a fugitive from justice and served with his outstanding warrants.
