PUBLIC INTOXICATION: Anvil Road Stafford VA

Deputy A.J. Charoenthep responded to a disturbance. The caller advised she was locked out of her house. When Deputy Charoenthep arrived on scene, he discovered that was not the case and the caller voluntarily left the residence. She had signs of intoxication and admitted to consuming one and a half bottles of wine, a shot, “and more.” She was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
