Deputies arrested a Stafford man after responding to an intoxicated person complaint at Jay’s Sports Lounge.
Authorities said Melvin Tucker, 30, displayed signs of alcohol impairment and admitted to drinking earlier in the evening. He was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
