An intoxicated man caused a scene in the parking lot of the Ford T. Humphrey Public Safety Building, yelling at family members and threatening to “freak on those officers.” His threats didn’t materialize, and he was quickly taken into custody. He was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
