PUBLIC INTOXICATION: Ferry Road Stafford VA

Deputy D.S. Jett responded to a disturbance. The caller advised people have been chasing him for two days straight. Deputy Jett made contact with the on-the-run individual, who advised “they” were watching and chasing him. Deputy Jett, a Drug Recognition Expert, knew the signs the suspect was displaying were indicative of being under the influence. The suspect would also admit to consuming both alcohol and a controlled substance earlier. He was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
