Deputy N.D. Fonseca responded to a public intoxication call. The caller advised a known male was outside his house attempting to go for a run. While running is good for overall health, he was unable to participate due to his level of intoxication. Deputy Fonseca made contact with the suspect, who not only had signs of intoxication, but was discovered to be wanted out of Prince William for larceny. His marathon was cut short as he was transported to Rappahannock Regional Jail for public intoxication, as well as, served on his outstanding warrant. He was held until sober.
