PUBLIC INTOXICATION: IHOP, 320 Worth Avenue Stafford VA

Deputy S. Waheed responded to a disturbance. Staff advised a male who was “definitely” intoxicated was refusing to leave. When Deputy Waheed arrived, he located the sleeping suspect slumped across a booth. The suspect had signs of intoxication and in his pocket was a warrant for public intoxication from the day prior. He earned another warrant for public intoxication and was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
