PUBLIC INTOXICATION: James Madison Circle Stafford VA

Deputy D.S. Jett responded to a disturbance. The caller advised a known party turned on the gas stove in an attempt to “blow the house up.” Luckily, the Hollywood-like explosion did not occur and Deputy Jett located the suspect wandering across the street. The suspect had signs of intoxication and was charged with public intoxication. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
