Deputies were dispatched to Mews Court following a disturbance involving an intoxicated male. Family members had removed a firearm from the individual due to concerns about his erratic behavior. When Deputy H.H. Cassetta arrived on the scene, the suspect was observed behaving disruptively in public view. The man was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until he was deemed sober.
