PUBLIC INTOXICATION: Lowes, 1330 Stafford Market Place Stafford VA

Deputy J.J. Holetzky responded to a disturbance. Despite the traffic concerns, it was advised a female was walking into the roadway. Deputy Holetzky would make contact with the female in question, who is no stranger to public intoxication arrests. She was discovered to be publicly intoxicated again and was arrested. She was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
