Sergeant R.K. Pinkard responded to a public intoxication call. The caller advised a male who appeared “under the influence of something” was cursing at staff. When Sergeant Pinkard arrived, everyone in the business was quickly able to point out the suspect. The suspect attempted to spread his geopolitical views with Sergeant Pinkard; however, it was difficult to understand due to his apparent signs of intoxication. The suspect was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
