PUBLIC INTOXICATION: McDonald’s, 44 Stanstead Road Stafford, VA

Deputy A.J. Charoenthep responded to a disturbance call. The caller advised there was a male inside the business scaring customers. Deputy Charoenthep made contact with the suspect, who advised he “knows what’s about to happen.” The fortune teller had signs of intoxication and admitted to drinking “a lot.” He was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
