Deputy A.G. Hart responded to a disturbance. It was advised a male suspect was refusing to leave the lobby. Deputy Hart made contact with the suspect, who not only had obvious signs of intoxication, but was discovered to have an outstanding capias. While he may not have had a room at the Motel 6, he had one at Rappahannock Regional Jail. The suspect was charged with public intoxication and served on his outstanding warrant.
