Deputy S. Waheed was facilitating a verbal domestic at the business when the male involved was discovered to be intoxicated. Since he was in view of the public in an intoxicated state, refusing to cooperate with the investigation, and “squared up” with deputies, he was detained. The suspect was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
