Public Intoxication: Scattered Pines Lane Stafford VA

Deputy J.J. Holetzky responded to a disturbance. The caller advised a male who “smelled like armpits” was causing a disturbance in the area. When deputies made contact with the suspect, they did not smell armpits but the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. The suspect would continuously shout and cause a scene in public. His behavior would continue in front of the magistrate and jail staff. He was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and obstruction of justice. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail pending his ability to participate in a bond hearing.
