PUBLIC INTOXICATION: Streamview Drive Stafford, VA

Deputy C.R. Newman responded to a disturbance. A known male was banging on the caller’s front door. Deputy Newman made contact with the male who advised he just wanted to chat with the caller, despite her clearly not wanting to chat. During his chat with deputies, signs of intoxication were noticed, and the suspect admitted to having “a few drinks.” That conversation ended with the suspect being charged with public intoxication and being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
