Deputy A.G. Hart responded to a disturbance. The caller advised he was very upset that a tow truck driver would not remove a certain vehicle from a certain spot. This was because the vehicle had a permit to be there. Deputy Hart made contact with the self-admitted “drunk” caller, who was in view of the public. Due to his signs of intoxication and aggravated state, he was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
