Deputy J.A. Martin responded to a disturbance. The caller advised a male was walking in the middle of the street, refusing to move out of the way of vehicles. Deputies made contact with the suspect and discovered he was intoxicated. The male would provide a false identity, which was quickly uncovered. He was charged with public intoxication and providing a false identity to law enforcement. He was released by the magistrate on personal recognizance.
