STAFFORD, VA – A high-speed driver attempting to dodge after-work traffic ended up hitting another vehicle and fleeing the scene. The reckless SUV driver struck a victim’s car in the area of Centreport Parkway and Richmond Highway before speeding off. Fortunately, the victim managed to note the SUV’s license plate, which will aid law enforcement in tracking down the suspect.
