A highly intoxicated man drew attention when he left Jay’s Sport Lounge and drove recklessly through the area. First Sergeant N. Zotos located the suspect, who ironically pulled over in front of an ABC store. Despite blaming his poor driving on his vehicle, the driver exhibited clear signs of intoxication. He was arrested for DUI and refusal, and is being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail pending a bond hearing.
