Deputies responded to reports of a reckless driver in a swerving Toyota. After Deputy Vaughn observed the vehicle veer off the road, a traffic stop was conducted. The driver admitted to drinking two beers and showed signs of intoxication. When deputies attempted to arrest him, he resisted until OC spray was used to subdue him. He now faces charges including DUI, obstruction of justice, and refusal. He is being held on a secured bond.
