Deputy S.A. Fulford responded to a tip about a heavily intoxicated woman attempting to drive. Thanks to a detailed description from a concerned citizen, the deputy located the vehicle at Sheetz. The driver, who admitted to drinking beer and was found with multiple beers and Buzzballz in the car, was charged with DUI – second offense within five years and second offense refusal. She is being held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
