Loss prevention at Target contacted law enforcement after recognizing a familiar shoplifter. The suspect, identified as 18-year-old Paul Cales III of Stafford, allegedly concealed and stole multiple items. Warrants were obtained, and Cales was arrested at his residence. He now faces charges for this and previous larceny offenses and is being held on a secured bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
