A familiar face to Target staff was spotted once again attempting to shoplift personal care products — this time at 11:39 a.m. on May 20. Deputy A.J. Layug responded to the call and discovered that the male suspect had been repeatedly stealing items, particularly acne gel, since February. With a now remarkably blemish-free appearance, the suspect has had eight warrants for shoplifting issued against him.
