A Fredericksburg man was arrested after deputies investigated a shoplifting complaint at Walmart on Village Parkway.
Investigators said the suspect concealed merchandise inside a tote bin before leaving the store without paying. Surveillance footage also linked him to previous thefts at the same location on July 28 and July 29. Stephon Woodward Sr., 61, of Fredericksburg, was charged with shoplifting and held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
