Deputy S. A. Edwards responded to a report of a vehicle that struck a mailbox and ended up on a sidewalk. The driver, Robert Clark, 67, of Stafford, displayed multiple signs of intoxication. He was arrested and charged with DUI (BAC over .20) and hit and run, and was booked at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under a secured bond.
