Deputy S. Waheed responded to a rollover crash and later located the driver, Luis Torres Cano, 29, of Stafford VA, at his residence. Cano showed signs of intoxication, including unsteadiness and slurred speech. After field sobriety tests, Cano was arrested for DUI and is being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
